On September 1st, the Rancho Santa Fe Toastmasters will be hosting a Luau themed open house at the Rancho Santa Fe Community Center. The event starts at 5:30pm and goes until 6:30pm. All are welcomed, no RSVP necessary.
You probably know that Toastmasters is an international organization that helps folks like you to become better communicators. Toastmasters is the proven leader for honing public speaking skills. You may also have heard that Toastmasters will help you develop leadership skills that will carry over into the workplace as well as into everyday life. What you may not have heard is how much fun we have at the Rancho Santa Fe club! Each of our members brings a unique background of experiences and perspectives that are appreciated and welcomed. Every few months we change things up a bit… for example, taking our meeting outside for a walking tour of historic downtown Rancho Santa Fe, with our members serving as guides. On another occasion we held the meeting at a private vineyard and enjoyed food, beverages and live music. Members used their public speaking skills to introduce each musical selection.
We would love to have you come and visit as our guest! We meet on Tuesday evenings at the RSF Community Center (5970 La Sendita) from 5:30PM – 6:30PM. Meetings begin promptly and end on time. We have a great group of people who live and/or work in Rancho Santa Fe. We offer a supportive, positive atmosphere.
The Community Center is located behind the library and can be a bit tricky to find. Turn into Bank of America’s driveway and then turn right to access the parking lot behind the library and in front of the Community Center. The Community Center phone number is 858-756-2461.
