A year in which the Rancho Santa Fe Association went through an overhaul in their financial and departments, the Association saw revenues increase equating to a positive fiscal year.

Total Revenue for 2014-2015: $17.6 million | 2013-14: $17.028 million
Total Increase over the prior year: $572,000
Total Expenses for 2014-2015: $14 million | 2013-2014 $13.967 million
Total Increase over the prior year: $33,000
Assessment revenue increased $296,000
“This is a good indication of the solid ground the Association is on in terms of financing,” said board member Fred Wasserman.
The Community Enhancement Fund was also discussed. $1.1 million went into the fund this past year, brining it to $6,850,000.
