If there’re two things the Rancho Santa Fe community’s proud history is full of, it’s luxury real estate and exquisitely decorated homes. As is to be expected, this is the perfect recipe for creating one thing: antiques. Recently, Rancho Santa Fe’s very own Connie and Bill McNally announced the opening of a new venture: McNally’s Rancho Santa Fe (RSF) Estate Auctions. With June 21st-22nd set as the date for the first auction, the McNallys are eager to get started with this blooming enterprise. Though it is new ground, the couple will not be entirely in uncharted territory as they are both known internationally as experienced luxury estate and Antique dealers.
The McNallys currently own McNally Company Antiques in Rancho Santa Fe, a shop that has flourished over the years due to expert management and the constant influx of antiques from the surrounding luxury real estate in the community. Citing a growing need in the community to find good homes for large estates, the McNallys decided to open their auction this summer. A primary concern of Rancho Santa Fe residents is that should it fall to their children to sell their expensive pieces or estate, they wouldn’t know the value. In order to address this concern, as well as ensure these treasured antiques find their way into a good home, the McNallys look forward to their first auction this June.
