NBA Star Stephen Curry’s California Mansion Hits Market for $3.9M

Bay Area hero and Golden State Warriors icon Stephen Curry, who recently bagged NBA’s Most Valuable Player Award, put his Orinda Luxury Real Estate home on the market, just a few months after moving into a new house in nearby Walnut Creek.

Curry and his wife, Ayesha, had bought this contemporary Spanish hacienda property in 2013 for $3.1 million and did an extensive renovation of the same. A truly unique Orinda home hits the market at $3.9 million. The couple had sold their Oakland penthouse for $1.7 million and moved to the East Bay town in 2013.

The property features quintessential Spanish-style architecture, coupled with red-tiled roof as well as stucco. The 4,700-square-foot property sits on 0.7 acres and includes an ivy-strewn entry, French doors, a Syrah vineyard, pool, outdoor kitchen and a basketball hoop. The home also boasts of two balconies and a family room dumbwaiter.

However, the estate’s most brag-worthy feature is Stephen Curry himself – one of the best basketball players, who made record by becoming the first unanimous MVP winner.
