Rancho Santa Fe Estate designed by Guy Dreier

Our team of Jason Barry has listed Qualcomm’s co-founder Andrew Viterbi amazing estate in Rancho Santa Fe for $60 Million as featured in the latest article in the Wall Street Journal. The solar panel powered home designed by Guy Dreier is a 33-acre property with a home roughly 20,000 square feet.

The property contains a four-bedroom main house measuring around 20,000 square feet, plus a two-bedroom guesthouse, Mr. Barry said.

Designed by Guy Dreier, the hilltop house is a jumble of curves, triangles and parallelograms. Mr. Dreier also custom-designed much of the furniture, Mr. Barry said, like the dining room table that’s pointed at one end and wide on the other. The furniture is not included in the asking price, but a buyer could negotiate to purchase it, Mr. Barry said. The list price does include sculptures on the property, including a 30-foot-high column of disassembled cellos by French artist Arman and two works by Fletcher Benton.
