This November 23 at 9am at the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club, there will be an open committee to go over Rancho Santa Fe’s Association bylaws and articles of incorporation. According to Fred Wasserman, chairman of the Association’s governing documents committee, many of the proposed changes from last months town hall meeting have already been integrated.
This month a big topic on hand will be bringing up the Association up to code with the state laws such as the Davis-Stirling Act and the California Corporations Code. Directly affecting the regulation of homeowners association.
It is likely multiple meetings are still to come, so it is important to check the Association website for updates and reviews before placing your vote next year.
