Why did you buy your home?
We knew this residence would hold its value well beyond the comparables. The unique location (built off the road) feels quiet, secure, and peaceful.
Tell me about your home and its features, including improvements? The home features almost a 180 degree view of the ocean. The southwesterly exposure is very light and bright there is no need for lights during the day. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Nice size patio allows for a garden and flowers and is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at the end of the day.
What do you like about the neighborhood or Encinitas? Close to Swamis and great surf. Very laid back community. Relaxing
What is your favorite local shopping? We enjoy the Panikin, Kaleidoscope, El Callejon, Vigiluccis Pizzeria, Pacific Coast Grill.
What entertainment is in the area that you enjoy? Union Kitchen and Tap, The Saloon, Cardiff Beach Bar, The 3rd Corner.
